The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, first identified in Wuhan, China, has spread beyond China’s borders to dozens of countries, infecting tens of thousands of people and causing a mounting number of fatalities. The coronavirus crisis presents complex legal issues for companies, including insurance, disclosure, and other considerations. As the coronavirus continues to spread from country to country, and now state to state, many independent business owners are starting to feel its effects, both indirectly and directly. All over the world affect from this disease and only in China reported 3,158 deaths and India reported 50 coronavirus cases. Say No To Handshakes

The handshake is the official business greeting in the corporate world but now it has become the awkward. As the COVID-19 transfer from the physical contact as there are a bunch of alternatives have tried, you may have seen in the videos like foot shakes in China and elbow bumps in Silicon Valley. Apart from that, Indians have their own traditional and sweet gesture for welcoming someone is “NAMASTE” and it conveys the same welcoming message of a handshake. By following the same, Tech2Globe explained their staff to say #NoHandshakes and start adopting Namaste habit for welcoming our clients and associates.    

Distributed Masks & Hand Sanitizers

As our (Tech2Globe) most of the employees used public transports to mark their presence in the office. There is having unnecessary contact with many people in the metros or buses even if they do not want, due to which the risk of bacterial transfer increases. To prevent this to some extent we have distributed a complete hygiene kit including Face Masks and Hand Sanitizers to all our employees.    

Monitoring Body Temperature

Checking the body temperature of every employee is the necessary activity that we have follow on a regular basis. If any employee has reached the undesirable body temperature or having fever than we will immediately be called up for a medical emergency and ensure to provide the proper treatment, and advice to take rest until he/she will not feel better.  

Work from Home

Recently, we have come up with the “work from home” benefit for our employees especially for those who used public transport or travel from a long distance.  We have given the advice to stay at home even if you are not feeling better and take complete precautions.  

Avoid Using Biometric

It is the corporate culture of using biometric highlights of employees’ attendance but as per the critical situation, we have stopped using biometric as it possible to transfer harmful bacteria.  

Awareness Program

In addition, Tech2Globe organized an “awareness program” with physicians or concern doctors for basic protective measures against COVID-19 by following some hygiene and protection steps.
