5 Years of Completion

Recent days back, Tech2Globe completed its 5 Years of work journey. In this entire journey, we set the bar high by served the best quality product or services to the customers. Our efforts became true when we recognized 2018 Global Leaders of 250+ IT & Business Services Companies by Clutch report. Along with, we were also the part of GES (Global Exhibition on Services) in Mumbai, CEBIT in Germany and GISEC, Future Blockchain Summit and International Apparel & Textile Fair in Dubai, to gain some valuable insights, build networks and serve multiple clients globally.

Yearly Annual Party

At every year, we’re increasing our family and one step forward to reach globally. Tech2Gloe organized yearly annual party, where we celebrated and enjoyed every aspect of the function. At that shining evening, started with the short speech about the journey of Tech2Globe and appreciated employees’ hard work, also employees participated in multiple performances such as dance, singing, acting, mimicry and much more. Then, we honored employees’ dedication and hard work with multiple awards category as well as some funny categorize awards with the motive to the described funnies and weirdest side of our team.

Candle n’ Cake Cutting

With the help of the technology, our system always updates about the employees’ special days and management planned to wish them. Candle blowing, cake cutting is the part of this celebration and make their born day into more special. Including, there is a custom in Tech2Globe that explain to showcase any talent in front of all the management that nobody ever seen before which should be something different, with the motive to pump-up their confidence and encourage to do something different.

Festive Celebrations

Festivals are always the happiest time, not only to celebrate but it also attracts the whole community towards the good hopes and fills up with the positive energy, forget the past bad events, and the time to start a new & fresh beginning. Tech2Globe always celebrate every festival whether it is Diwali, Eid, Christmas, Lohri, etc., decorated the whole workplace, ordered snacks and encourage employees to have faith in the honesty and hard work.

Friday Fun-Activity

This is the time to pick up the train towards the Fun-Activity area, where all the employees together from seniors to juniors, from managers to colleagues, to take the break from the work on every Friday evening, participate in the multiple indoor games and a chance to win several prizes.

Monthly Awards

There are the multiple monthly awards that we honored employees’ hard work and their best work. It includes many categories such as “best performer of the month”, “best team of the month” and “best team lead of the month” too, “wall of fame”, “platinum service award”, “best trainee award” & much more categories, along with, also appreciated them with gift vouchers.

CSR Initiative

We understand our responsibilities towards the society, that’s why, from the establishment of Tech2Globe, we take an initiative to help needy peoples and communities to improve their living standard and for the education of needy children. With this concept, we invited the special community in our workplace and educate them by our industry experts as well as make donations. We also organized Free Education Seminars for everyone where we shared insights on various topics.

Outdoor Activities

Outdoor Activities describes to take break from the office culture and work and enjoyed the outdoor activities, includes to participate at the local cricket tournament as a Tech2Globe’s Team – named TechGlobians. Although we didn’t won the tournament but at least we enjoyed.

Along with, we also invested effort in greenery and make environment greener, also participated in marathons for health and more. Our motive is to increase employee engagement and make society a better place to live.

In The End…

Doing work is necessary to fulfill needs but entertainment is also important & it’s a part of work. In Tech2Globe, we make sure that our employees are always energetic and motivated. Regarding this, we organize social gathering events time-to-time and ensure that our employees are up-to-date as per the market and social requirement and to fulfill the client’s need.
